If you attempt to activate Stat/Transfer and receive an error please try the following:
1) Make sure that you are running the latest release of Stat/Transfer. Uninstall and download at: https://stattransfer.com/downloads/.
2) Run a search on your computer for all files (NOT folders) with the string "stattransfer17" and delete them.
3) Go to the \ProgramData\StatTransfer17 directory and delete the following files:
- license.dat
- st.cmd
- stl.cfg
- v17
You should be able to activate now. If not, please send us a support ticket.
